ZAP JONWAY EVs at ASEAN Conference in Nanning, China

ZAP Completes 51% Majority Acquisition of Jonway Automobile

In January 2011 ZAP (OTC BB: ZAAP) completed its acquisition of 51% of the capital stock of Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co. Ltd. of Sanmen, Zhejiang, China. Cathaya Capital LP has funded the aggregate amount of US$36 million. See more 这里
